On-site Service
When you need on-site service, Medley Machine is ready with
our experienced, highly-skilled On-Site Services team. We
specialize in on-site machining with our line bore machine
which is capable of doing large or small diameters. On-site
welding services include aluminum and all other types of
metals. On-Site machining and welding eliminates the potential
damage associated with moving your equipment, reduces downtime,
and lowers costs.
Truck Transmissions
Medley Machine's expert technicians have developed a process
to extend the life of Heavy Equipment Transmissions. We
machine and install steel wear bars which rebuilds the housing
on the transmission extending the life considerably and
saving you thousands of dollars in purchasing new. Our turnaround
time is one to two days reducing your down-time considerably
and allowing your vehicle to be back on the road quicker.
 Flywheels
Medley Machine can resurface all types and sizes of flywheels
including flat, domestic and import stepped and heavy duty
recessed. We 'plunge grind' all flywheels which means the
entire contact surface is ground at the same time ensuring
controlled accuracy, removal of hard spots and assuring
a quality job. In many instances we can resurface your flywheels
while you wait, saving you time and money.
